1. Definition

FUNPLAY.pro's data protection statement is based on the terms used by the European legislator for the adoption of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our data protection statement should be readable and understandable for the general public as well as for our customers and business partners. To achieve this, we would first like to explain the terminology used.

In this data protection statement, we use, among others, the following terms:

Limitation of processing is the storage of personal data with the aim of limiting their future processing.

e) Profiling

Profiling means any kind of automated processing of personal data, which consists in the use of such personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects concerning a natural person, in particular to analyze or predict aspects concerning work performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, the behavior, location or movement of that natural person.

f) Pseudonymization

Pseudonymization is the processing of personal data in such a way that the personal data can no longer be assigned to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, if this additional information is kept separately and is subject to technical and organizational measures that guarantee that the personal data are not assigned to an identified or identifiable natural person .

g) Administrator or responsible for processing

The administrator or person responsible for processing is a natural or legal person, public body, agency or other entity that alone or together with others determines the purposes and means of personal data processing. If the purposes and means of this processing are determined by the law of the Union or the law of a Member State, the controller or special criteria may designate those responsible for the processing according to the law of the Union or the law of a Member State.

h) Processor

A processor is a natural or legal person, public body, agency or other entity that processes personal data based on the instructions of the administrator.

i) Recipient

Recipient is a natural or legal person, public body, agency or other entity to which personal data is disclosed, regardless of whether it is a third party or not. However, public authorities to which personal data may be provided in the context of a specific investigation in accordance with Union law or the law of a Member State shall not be considered recipients; the processing of this data by these public authorities will be in accordance with the applicable regulations on data protection in accordance with the purpose of the processing.

j) Third party

A third party is a natural or legal person, public body, agency or other entity, except for the data subject, administrator, processor and persons who are under the direct responsibility of the administrator or processor, and who is authorized to process personal data.

k) Consent

The consent of the data subject is any voluntarily provided expression of will in a specific case, in an informed and unambiguous form, in the form of a statement or other statement, by which the data subject expresses consent to the processing of personal data concerning him ore her.

2. Responsible administrators

5. The possibility of contact via the website

The FUNPLAY.pro website contains information that allows for quick electronic contact with our company and direct communication with us, including an e-mail address. If the data subject contacts the administrator via e-mail or contact form, the personal data provided by the data subject is automatically stored. These personal data, which are voluntarily provided by the administrator, are stored for the purposes of processing or contact with the data subject. These personal data are not provided to third parties.

6. Possibility of commenting on the website

The FUNPLAY.pro website allows users to post comments on individual blog posts and articles. If the data subject decides to publish a comment on the blog, in addition to the comment, information about the date and time the comment was created and the username (pseudonym) chosen by the data subject are also provided. In addition, the IP address is assigned by the internet connection provider used by the data subject at the time of registration, as well as the date and time of registration. These personal data provided by the data subject are stored by the administrator. These personal data, which are voluntarily provided to the administrator, are stored for the purposes of processing or contact with the data subject. These personal data are not provided to third parties.

7. Signing up for our newsletters

The FUNPLAY.pro website allows users to subscribe to the newsletter. The newsletter can only be received if (1) the user has a valid e-mail address and (2) the user has registered for the newsletter. A double-opt-in email confirmation will be sent to the email address that the user first registered for the newsletter. This confirmation e-mail is used to verify whether the owner of the e-mail address as a data subject really requests to subscribe to the newsletter.

When registering for the newsletter, the IP address assigned by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) and the date and time of registration will also be stored. The collection of this personal data is necessary to understand the (possible) misuse of the e-mail address of the data subject at a later time and therefore serves as a legal protection for the administrator.

Personal data collected during newsletter registration is used exclusively for sending our newsletter. In addition, newsletter subscribers may be informed via e-mail about circumstances that are relevant to the newsletter or registration (e.g. changes to the newsletter offer or technical conditions). Collected personal data is not provided to third parties. Unsubscribing from the newsletter is possible at any time. Consent to the storage of personal data provided by the data subject for subscribing to the newsletter can be revoked at any time. There is a link in each newsletter to recall consent to the storage of personal data that was provided for subscribing to the newsletter.

8. Possibility of registration

The FUNPLAY.pro website allows users to register by providing personal information. Personal data that is submitted to the administrator via the input form is intended exclusively for the administrator's internal use and for its own purposes. The administrator may transfer personal data to third parties only if this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or if it is necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations.

When registering on the website, it stores the IP address assigned by the Internet Service Provider (ISP) and the date and time of registration. In addition, the administrator will correct or delete personal data at the request or instruction of the data subject, if there are no legal obligations to retain such data. The entire controller team is available to the data subject at any time as a contact person in this regard.

9. Rights of the data subject

Each data subject has the right to the processing of personal data concerning him, to provide the administrator with information about stored personal data free of charge and/or to request their correction or deletion. In addition, the data subject has the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent or the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by the administrator.

If the data subject believes that the processing of personal data concerning him/her violates the GDPR, he/she has the right to file a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority responsible for the data subject's place of permanent residence or employment, or for the place where the alleged violation.

10. Google Analytics

11. Google AdWords

The FUNPLAY.pro website uses Google AdWords. Google AdWords is an Internet advertising service that allows advertisers to place ads in Google search engine results and in the Google advertising network. Google AdWords allows advertisers to define certain keywords in advance, which will display an ad in Google's search engine results only when the user uses the search engine to retrieve a keyword-related search result.
