Pseudonymization is the processing of personal data in such a way that the personal data can no longer be assigned to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, if this additional information is kept separately and is subject to technical and organizational measures that guarantee that the personal data are not assigned to an identified or identifiable natural person .
g) Administrator or responsible for processing
The administrator or person responsible for processing is a natural or legal person, public body, agency or other entity that alone or together with others determines the purposes and means of personal data processing. If the purposes and means of this processing are determined by the law of the Union or the law of a Member State, the controller or special criteria may designate those responsible for the processing according to the law of the Union or the law of a Member State.
h) Processor
A processor is a natural or legal person, public body, agency or other entity that processes personal data based on the instructions of the administrator.
i) Recipient
Recipient is a natural or legal person, public body, agency or other entity to which personal data is disclosed, regardless of whether it is a third party or not. 8. Possibility of registration
The FUNPLAY.pro website allows users to register by providing personal information.
